21 April – Lunch & Learn / Bi-monthly meeting at Loyens & Loeff (https://www.loyensloeff.com/)

Members only

We are delighted to welcome Aukje Warners, Founder of AUWA Limitless and Certified CliftonStrengths Coach, for a session on generational connectedness in the workplace.

From age differences to strong teams
Today, four generations often work side by side, each shaped by different contexts, technologies, and career expectations. Engagement is evolving, with younger professionals placing greater emphasis on growth, feedback, flexibility, and purpose.
Generational connectedness does not come from minimizing these differences, but from building strong teams that leverage them.

Aukje brings over 20 years of experience in demanding professional environments, particularly within the legal sector. As a Gallup-certified strengths coach, she works with professionals and partners to better understand how they are naturally wired to think, make decisions, and contribute at their best. Her work focuses on helping individuals recognize and apply their strengths more intentionally in how they lead, collaborate, and perform. Research by Gallup shows that people who understand and use their strengths are more engaged, more productive, and experience higher levels of wellbeing at work.
